Email Format for aktu 👇👇 Subject: Request to Reschedule AKTU Exam Due to Delay in Exam Form Portal & Pending Results Dear Vice Chancellor Sir/Exam Coordinator/Controller of Examinations, I hope you are doing well. I am writing on behalf of the all AKTU University students to humbly request an extension of the upcoming phase 2 exam schedule . Recently, the AKTU exam form portal was opened much later than expected, and our 1st and 2nd year regular and carry-over results have not yet been published. Without those results, we were unable to complete the exam form process in time. As a result, many of us have faced technical issues and have been unable to properly register for the exams. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate the tremendous efforts of the university team. However, given the circumstances, we kindly request: An extension of the exam form submission deadline, A corresponding postponement of the exam dates, so that all affected students have a fair opportunity to complete their registration and prepare adequately. We are fully committed to complying with any revised schedule and can provide proof of our exam form submission attempts, if required. Your understanding and support will help ensure no student is disadvantaged due to these delays. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. We look forward to a positive response. Guys 1,2 Year COP & Regular Result जल्द ही जाएगा wait करिए Exam फॉर्म भरने का भी मौका मिलेगा Point 1- Exam तो देखो Postponed होगा और आगे Date बढ़ेगी 90% Chances हैं बाकी wait for Official update Point -2 Exam Form की भी Date 25 June से आगे बढ़ेगी
