Dear Respected Parents of Grade 6 and 8 Students,
The Gibson School Systems Vacation Enrichment Program begins on Monday, July 20, 2026, and ends on Friday, August 14, 2026. As part of the preparation for the regional exams, this program is crucial for students in grades 6 and 8. In relation to this , parents are not expected to pay tuition fees for face to face program. The entire cost of the face to face VEP will be covered by the school.
However, due to the opportunity our students have gotten there are a few parents who requested to attend the VEP program online, and this requires its own preparation, which requires additional resources, so that it will have its own tuition fee.
Hence, if your kids are not able to attend the face-to-face VEP program due to unavoidable circumstances, they shall attend the online program after paying the stipulated amount at the respective campus cashiers.

የጊብሰን ት/ቤቶች ስርዓት ከወላጆች የተረከባቸውን ተማሪዎች የተለያዩ መንገዶችን ተጠቅሞ በማብቃት የሚጠብቃቸውን ክልላዊና ፈተናዎች በድል እንዲወጡ ዘወትር ይተጋል፡፡ ከእነዚህ የማሳለጫ መንገዶች አንዱ የክረምት ትምህርት ፕሮግራም ነው፡፡ የትምህርት ቤቱ ራዕይም ተማሪዎቹን ስኬታማ ማድረግ ስለሆነ ወላጆች ለዚህ ፕሮግራም ምንም አይነት ክፍያ መክፈል አይጠበቅባቸውም፡፡ ት/ቤቱ ወጪውን ሙሉ ለሙሉ ይሸፍናል፡፡
በሌላ በኩል አንዳንድ ወላጆች ልጆቿቸው ባገኟቸው አንዳንድ ዕድሎች ምክንያት ትምህርቱን በአካል ተገኝተው ለመማር ስለተቸገሩ በምትኩ በኦንላይን እንዲሰጥ እየጠየቁ ይገኛሉ፡፡ ይህም ለትምህርት ቤቱ ተጨማሪ ወጪ የሚጠይቅ በመሆኑ ይህን ፕሮግራም የሚፈልጉ ወላጆች የትምህርት ቤቱ ገንዘብ ተቀባይ ጋር በመሄድ ለዚህ አገልግሎት ተብሎ የተቀመጠውን ክፍያ መፈጸም ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

ውድ የቦሌ 24 ቅርንጫፍ ወላጆች፣
የጊብሰን ትምህርት ቤቶች ስርዓት በትምህርት ዘርፍ ከሚገኙ መሪ ትምህርት ቤቶች አንዱ ሲሆን በትምህርት ጥራት ብቻ ሳይሆን ለሥነ-ምግባር በሚሰጠው ትኩረትም ይታወቃል። አገራችን የተማሩና ኃላፊነት የሚሰማቸው ዜጎችን ለማፍራት በምታደርገው ጥረት ውስጥ የበኩላችንን አስተዋጽኦ በማበርከታችን ኩራት ይሰማናል ። አገልግሎታችንን ለብዙ ታዳጊ ልጆች ለማዳረስም የተለያዩ ቅርንጫፎችን ከፍተናል፤ ከእነዚህም አንዱ የቦሌ 24 ቅርንጫፍ ነው።
የቦሌ 24 ቅርንጫፍ በ2009 ዓ.ም. ተከፍቶ ላለፉት 10 ዓመታት ማኅበረሰቡን በማገልገል ላይ ቆይቷል። ይሁን እንጂ የኪራይ ውላችን ጊዜ በማብቃቱ ምክንያት በአሁኑ ግቢ አገልግሎታችንን መቀጠል የማንችልበት ሁኔታ ተፈጥሯል። ጉዳዩን ለተከበራችሁ ወላጆች በግልጽ ለማስረዳት ያህል ከኪራይ ውሉ ማብቂያ በኋላ የንብረቱ ባለቤቶች ለአዲስ ውል የኪራይ ዋጋውን በ300 % እንዲጨምር ጠይቀዋል። ይህን የተጋነነ ዋጋ በውይይትና በድርድር ለመፍታት የቻልነውን ጥረት ብናደርግም ስምምነት ላይ መድረስ ግን አልተቻለም።
በመቀጠልም የንብረቱ ባለቤቶች ንብረቱን በጨረታ አቅርበው የነበረ ሲሆን እኛም በሂደቱ ተሳትፈናል። መጀመሪያ ጨረታውን ያሸነፈው ተወዳዳሪ ከጨረታው ራሱን አግልሏል። ትምህርት ቤታችንም በሁለተኛ ደረጃ ስለነበር የኪራዩን መብት የመረከብ ዕድል እንደሚሰጠን ተስፋ አድርገን ነበር። ሆኖም ባለቤቶቹ ከአሁን የትምህርት ክፍያችን ጋር የማይጣጣሙ እና የበለጠ ጥብቅ መስፈርቶችን በማካተት ሌላ አዲስ ጨረታ ለማውጣት ወስነዋል።
ውድ ወላጆች፣ ግንቦት 30፣ 2018 ዓ.ም በተካሄደው ጠቅላላ ስብሰባ ቃል እንደገባንላችሁ ሌላ አማራጭ ግቢ ለማግኘት ሰፊ ጥረት አድርገናል። እንዳለመታደል ሆኖ ከነበረን አጭር ጊዜ አንጻር ለመጪው የትምህርት ዘመን ለመማር ማስተማር ስራ አመቺ የሆነ እና የትምህርትና ስልጠና ጥራት ቁጥጥር ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤት መስፈርትን የሚያሟላ ግቢ ማግኘት ግን አስቸጋሪ ሆኖብናል።
አዲሱ የትምህርት ዓመት ከመጀመሩ በፊት ያለውን ውስን ጊዜ ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት ፍለጋውን ያለገደብ በመቀጠል ወላጆችን በልጆቻቸው ትምህርት ዝግጅት ላይ በጥርጣሬ ውስጥ ማቆየት ተገቢ አይደለም ብለን እናምናለን።
ስለዚህ፣ ለተማሪዎቻችንና ለወላጆቻችን ያለንን ቁርጠኝነት እየጠበቅን፣ ፍላጎት ያላቸውን ተማሪዎች በቅርብ በሚገኙ የጊብሰን ትምህርት ቤት ቅርንጫፎች፣ ማለትም በሲ ኤም ሲ፣ ላፍቶ፣ መካኒሳ፣ ሳርቤት እና ኮልፌ ካምፓሶች ውስጥ ባለው ክፍት ቦታ ብቻ ለማስተናገድ ጥረት እናደርጋለን።

Dear Respected Parents of Bole 24 Branch,
Gibson School Systems is one of the leading schools in the education sector, recognized not only for academic excellence but also for its commitment to discipline. We are proud to contribute to our country's efforts to develop educated and responsible citizens. In order to extend our services to more young people, we have established several branches, one of which is the Bole 24 Branch.
The Bole 24 Branch was opened in 2016 and has successfully served the community for the past ten years. However, this time it became impossible to continue operating at the current campus due to issues related to the expiration of our lease agreement.
In the interest of transparency, we would like to inform our respected parents of the situation. Following the end of the lease contract, the lessors requested a 300% increase in the rental fee for a new agreement. We made every effort to resolve the matter through discussion and negotiation; unfortunately, no agreement was reached.
Subsequently, the lessors announced a public bid for the property, and we participated in the process. The bidder who initially won later withdrew. Since Gibson School Systems had placed second, we expected to be given the opportunity to take over the lease. However, the lessors chose to announce a new bid with more restrictive requirements that are not compatible with the school fees we currently charge.
Dear Parents, as promised during the general meeting held on June 7, 2026 the school explored multiple alternative campus options. Unfortunately, due to the limited timeframe and the challenges of securing a suitable educational facility that meets the needs of our students and complies with regulatory requirements, we have not been able to secure an alternative campus for the upcoming academic year.
Considering the limited time available before the start of the new academic year, we believe it would not be appropriate to continue searching indefinitely and leave parents uncertain about their children's schooling arrangements.
Therefore, while remaining fully committed to serving our students and parents, we are planning to accommodate interested students at nearby GSS branches, including CMC, Lafto, Mekanisa, Sarbet, and Kolfe campuses, subject to available vacancies. Parents who wish to transfer their children to one of these campuses are kindly requested to visit the Central Office and submit their applications no later than July 15, 2026. On the other hand parents who choose to register their children to other schools outside GSS, all necessary academic records, transfer documents, and administrative support will be provided promptly. These documents may be obtained through the respective School Directors and from our Head Office.
