📚 Let me show you how I use the CFTC clouds to identify what’s happening with institutional positioning!
When we examine long positions, we can see they are now sitting below the 13-period average.
🔍 What does this tell us?
It means we are no longer in an accumulation or distribution phase for long positions.
☁️ Notice how the CFTC cloud is no longer positioned on top of the weekly candlesticks. This provides a visual representation of the change in positioning activity.
🎯 This is why understanding the CFTC data is so important. It allows us to look beyond price action and examine how institutional positioning is changing.
🕵️♂️ Don’t just look at the charts. Follow the clues, study the data, and think like Sherlock!
