তখন যখন আমি বলি যে 3yr old candidate রাও পায়নি original certificate. ওনারা বললেন controller সাথে কথা বলতে।

| 13 | Subject: Request for Online Provisional Certificate Application Facility
Respected Vice Chancellor,
I would like to bring to your attention that students from across West Bengal are gathering near BSAEU University daily to collect their provisional certificates in offline mode. This is causing unnecessary travel, crowding, and inconvenience for students, especially from the 2020–22, 2021–23, and 2022–24 sessions.
I humbly request the university to introduce an online application facility with payment options for provisional certificates, so students can apply and receive them without having to visit the campus physically. This will greatly ease the process and benefit students from all districts.
Kindly consider this request at the earliest convenience.
