📌 20 countries condemn expansion of Israeli control in the West Bank
Foreign ministers from 20 countries — including Saudi Arabia, France, Egypt and Qatar — denounced recent Israeli decisions to reclassify Palestinian land as “state land” and accelerate settlement activity.
They described the measures as a violation of international law and UN resolutions, warning they pave the way for de facto annexation and undermine the two-state solution.
The statement called for reversing the decisions, ending settler violence, releasing withheld Palestinian tax revenues under the Paris Protocol, and preserving Jerusalem’s legal and historical status.
