It is not as accurate as using Quantitive Backtesting (using Tradingview or Quant Connect), but it gives us a sense of how much to position size. The key to winning is to continuously generate High Payout Trades (High Probability x High Payout Ratio) and take Intelligent Position Sizing using Fractional Kelly Criterion. [S&P500 @ 5070 - Good Risk to Reward] Hey NL Tribe / Superinvestors As mentioned last week, we saw the market dipped and decided to sit out at side lines to watch. Currrently, based on Fibonacci, it is an entry point with stop loss below 5000 Pts (I will set it at 4950 and this can ride beyond 5200.) But generally, S&P 500 rises in the long run and is for long term. The current dip gives a cheaper entry point, but if you are are short term trader, this current set up has good Risk to Reward ratio!
