The answer to really depends on what your portfolio is like. The answer will be diff if A. You bought Amzn and it is 1% of your portfolio B. You bought Amzn and it is 30% of your portfolio. We should always look at our portfolio as a whole because having a portfolio will protect us. This is an exercise I will ask you to do. If you are unsure. Sell away everything in your portfolio tonight, take the money and then re construct a brand new portfolio based on the amount of money you have after liquidating everything. How many % will be used to buy Amzn? Once you do that, you have your answer. The answer is simple when we put aside all fomo and other extreme emotions. But we become confused when we look at the prices we have already committed. 😊😊😊
