Learning vs Winning the system
Let me give you a question do you usually try to get a good grade at school ? or please your manager to get a pay rise ?
I think the answer most probably "YES"
This is what usually happens!
At school we usually try to get A+ or "5 Baho" we often say, it's not actually about learning something but just winning the system.
This can give you short-term success or good impression. Though in the long run what you have learned will give your the real trophy.
So try to focus on real Learning not winning the system as everybody does.
Don't try to get that "5" with whatever is possible like (copying, downloading "REFERATS" from Ziyouz.com) Focus on Actual thing!
Even if the salary is not good, being surrounded with knowledgeable people or with the ones who know more than you can give more job prospects
