NTA CSIR GATE 2024 EXAM

1950 के दशक में हावर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी के विख्यात साइंटिस्ट कर्ट रिचट्टर ने चूहों पर एक अजीबोगरीब शोध किया था। कर्ड ने एक जार को पानी से भर दिया और उसमें एक जीवित चूहे को डाल दिया। पानी से भरे जार में गिरते ही चूहा हड़बड़ाने लगा औऱ जार से बाहर निकलने के लिए लगातार ज़ोर लगाने लगा। चंद मिनट फड़फड़ाने के पश्चात चूहे ने जार से बाहर निकलने का अपना प्रयास छोड़ दिया और वह उस जार में डूबकर मर गया। कर्ट ने फ़िर अपने शोध में थोड़ा सा बदलाव किया। उन्होंने एक दूसरे चूहे को पानी से भरे जार में पुनः डाला। चूहा जार से बाहर आने के लिये ज़ोर लगाने लगा। जिस समय चूहे ने ज़ोर लगाना बन्द कर दिया और वह डूबने को था......ठीक उसी समय कर्ड ने उस चूहे को मौत के मुंह से बाहर निकाल लिया। कर्ड ने चूहे को उसी क्षण जार से बाहर निकाल लिया जब वह डूबने की कगार पर था। चूहे को बाहर निकाल कर कर्ट ने उसे सहलाया ......कुछ समय तक उसे जार से दूर रखा और फिर एकदम से उसे पुनः जार में फेंक दिया। पानी से भरे जार में दोबारा फेंके गये चूहे ने फिर जार से बाहर निकलने की अपनी जद्दोजेहद शुरू कर दी। लेकिन पानी में पुनः फेंके जाने के पश्चात उस चूहे में कुछ ऐसे बदलाव देखने को मिले जिन्हें देख कर स्वयं कर्ट भी बहुत हैरान रह गये। कर्ट सोच रहे थे कि चूहा बमुश्किल 15 - 20 मिनट तक संघर्ष करेगा और फिर उसकी शारीरिक क्षमता जवाब दे देगी और वह जार में डूब जायेगा। लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। चूहा जार में तैरता रहा। अपनी जीवन बचाने के लिये लगातार सँघर्ष करता रहा। 60 घँटे ....... जी हाँ .....60 घँटे तक चूहा पानी के जार में अपने जीवन को बचाने के लिये सँघर्ष करता रहा। कर्ट यह देखकर आश्चर्यचकित रह गये। जो चूहा महज़ 15 मिनट में परिस्थितियों के समक्ष हथियार डाल चुका था ........वही चूहा 60 घंटों तक कठिन परिस्थितियों से जूझ रहा था और हार मानने को तैयार नहीं था। कर्ट ने अपने इस शोध को एक नाम दिया और वह नाम था......." The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the online registration for UGC NET December 2023. Eligible candidates can apply for the National Eligibility Test through the official website from September 30 to October 28, 2023.
