4️⃣ Go to Menu > Submit Hospitalization Bill and upload soft copies of:
Hospitalization documents
Identity proof (as specified).
5️⃣ Send hard copies of all documents and identity proof to your respective Delivery Center (DC).

Step 2: Click on the Link
Open the email and click on the "Click this link" button to proceed.
Step 3: Register with Your Infosys Credentials
Register with your name, Infosys email address, and mobile number to claim your voucher.
Step 4: Scan the QR Code or Add the Code Manually
Scan the QR code with your phone to open the Uber app. If the QR code doesn't work, click on the link with the code and follow the steps to add it to your Uber payment profile.
Important: Voucher Expiry
