Case-based MCQ | #Case_339 | #answer 〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰〰 ✅ E This lady is suffering from stress incontinence as evident by small amounts of urine leakage when she sneezes or coughs. The best management would be pelvic floor exercises. Tension-free vaginal tape operation should only be considered after trying conservative methods for treatment of stress incontinence. Bladder drill (retraining) is a method used for detrusor instability and nto stress incontinence. Ring pessary is of no use here as there is no cystocele. Loss of weight, and reducing caffeine are other lifestyle modifications that could be effective but were not given in this questions.

What is the SINGLE most approprite next step in management?

Hi Telegram 👋🏻 🆘 SCAM ALERT 🆘 I want to report a serious scam, precisely two days back this user @dritingg (and his team) hijacked Telegram session of mine using a Trojan. They manipulated me to install it on my Windows OS with a cloak that is a simple program that contains their Promotional Information. After they gained access to my account, they transferred the ownership of my channel @Medical_Mnemonics to theirs and deleted my account altogether. Now they are running ads on this channel of mine and they have mentioned the contact username in the channel bio. They also contacted me and asked for ransom to get the channel back but later disagreed for reasons unknown to me. Since I lost all hope to get the channel back so I launched a new one [@Medic_Mnemonics]. All I want from your is to ban that channel that is under the control of these scammers now. I will be highly obliged. I have the screen shots as proof to prove everything that I claim. Thanks in Advance.
