since i'm closing channel my filter is off. - ask ppl to read tncs also don't read - deleting comments very fun - ask ppl outbundle politely also kenna - backout / mia we tank - any problem with ur order we refund out of pocket but i owe refund < $1 for a 1-2 days also kenna - we are human & we make mistakes, sometimes we order wrong and buyers get so angry w us... plus some sellers also mercari the missing items ourselves and tank the fee - refund people as fast as we can but people still take so long to pay us - we have to split each box < $400 to avoid tax for people so shipping is slow, then people ?? us for updates - if we accidentally get taxed buyers also not happy - got so many mail to pack until i sacrifice family time and the things i want to do but still kenna rushed "have u mailed??" - and mail already also not even a simple thank u - oh ya and still kenna police report statement written by streamer haha i love anxiety legit when we sick or busy or tired we still thinking about our channel. even when a seller was at a funeral she was helping with mercari requests. i know i chose to be a seller so i haven't rly complained about this. i didn't expect to be easy but its really so difficult and i don't think its worth my time any longer. anyway just a rant maybe i will regret it and delete later.

anyway i am being serious :) don't see why i have to maintain an ~approachable, friendly & professional~ attitude when i'm not getting paid to do so. and i'm already burnt out from my full time job. & entitled + rude + unappreciative buyers piss me off. so bye!

these will be the last preorders im opening. latest release date items are probably the hq norus which release in june 2022 so i will stick around till everything is settled dw. closing my channel :) goodbye
