If these ports are found to be open, they then verify the license status from their database. Should no valid license be found, they will send you an email notification. This email is primarily a marketing effort to encourage direct license purchases from cPanel. However, it’s important to note that their claim about updates is misleading. Our cPanel licenses indeed receive all future updates. cPanel has no direct control over your servers. While cPanel no longer provides an unlimited cPanel account license, we continue to offer this option. Additionally, we provide comprehensive support for cPanel. Please be assured that our primary Shared License Website been utilizing cPanel as the control panel without any issues.
