The Basics and Potential Power of an Affidavit of Truth In the reality we live in, we would be wise to accept that we live in a world that has laws, and these laws exist on paper and fortunately some laws exist in our hearts and conscience. Since the dawn of laws-of-man there existed a piece of paper that was held above all others; an Affidavit. A sworn statement of truth that if ‘un-rebutted’ stands as the agreement of the parties, the judgement in commerce and the truth in commerce. So please humour me and answer the following (I have placed my answers in brackets): 1. Are you a man or woman? (Yes) 2. Are you an artificial entity of the UNITED KINGDOM aka CITIZEN, VESSEL, PERSON, SUBJECT, TAXPAYER, LEGAL FICTION, RESIDENT or INDIVIDUAL? (No) 3. Do you belong to the UNITED KINGDOM? (No) 4. Should you be coerced into presenting yourself as a ‘public’ entity? (No) 5. Are you capable of swearing an oath? (Yes) 6. Are you liable to or for any political/corporate rules (statutes)? (No) 7. As a man/woman do you have to voluntarily elect to submit to give another party jurisdiction over you? (Yes) 8. Should your use of bank notes or any other public facility when alternatives are generally unavailable tie you into a contract of some sort? (No) 9. Should you be coerced into receiving vaccinations or any other medicaltreatments and procedures? (No) 10. Are your words your definitions and not for redefining? (Yes) If you answered the above with the same answer as given then that is your truth, yes? So imagine this as your sworn Affidavit being presented because as a man you are receiving injury from another party, i.e. Corporations: 1. The Affiant is a private, living and sentient man. 2. The Affiant is not a UNITED KINGDOM “citizen,” “subject,” “vessel” or “person” or any ens legis artificial entity, procedural phantom, legal fiction or juristic personality within the UNITED KINGDOM. 3. The Affiant is foreign to and without the UNITED KINGDOM. 4. Any party that would order, represent or persuade the Affiant to falsely present the Affiant as a UNITED KINGDOM citizen, vessel or person directly or by deception, device, misnomer, mistaken identity, warrant or indictment, real or imagined, would be engaging in Enticement to Slavery. 5. Any party that alleges a liability against the Affiant is obligated to produce an Affidavit of Liability to demonstrate such liability. 6. The Affiant is not liable to or for any Government statutes, rules and/or codes, including, without limitation, UNITED KINGDOM Codes and statutes and/or codes of any of Respondents’ political subdivisions.

All that is created in the same way is EQUAL in status, HM PARLIAMENTS AND GOVERNMENTS PLC is a Legal Embodiment by an act of registration, YOUR NAME is a Legal Embodiment by an act of registration, they both share a peer to peer relationship and are EQUAL TO one another. Anyone who is employed by the company HM PARLIAMENTS AND GOVERNMENT PLC, or is employed by a subordinate of that company is automatically below that company by default. It is a man or a woman representative of a company who sends you a letter, the company does not grow an arm and a brain and send out letters, therefore; there is a man or a woman acting "for and on behalf of" the company who is liable for the content of any letter you receive and that individual then needs to be held to account in his/her position. Unless there is a name on the letter always go after the CEO/Managing director of the company who is vicariously liable and therefore, culpable for the actions and inactions of all the staff under his/her authority. Even if there is a name on the letter it is still best to go after the highest (alleged) authority of the company. All that stuff about the name in ALL CAPS being a dead fiction and to return letters to sender etc etc... is just government seeded BS, it has been put out there purposely to create obfuscation and lead people away from the real facts and the real recourse. If you return the forensic material EVIDENCE to its sender then you can't hold them to account and you are letting them get away with it. As for Black's Law Dictionary: WHO wrote it? Were you there when it was written? And where is the material evidence to support a formal agreement to each definition in each edition ? Because, unless you personally have first-hand knowledge and formally agreed to it then it is not based on facts, only presumption; where a presumption is nothing of material substance and any presumption can be dismissed by a formal challenge. Legal is BY AGREEMENT. Stick to the FACTS and know how to play the NAME- GAME.

Just a few weeks after a massive conference in Stockholm where top doctors warned about the dangers of the mRNA shots, news is coming out that Sweden has thrown away almost 8.5 million doses of the covid shots.
