🇪🇸ASFASPRO volvió a reclamar que debería retribuirse la realización presencial de guardias, servicios e instrucciones continuadas, ejercicios o actividades análogas cuya ejecución suponga al menos 24 horas. A falta de esta retribución deberían abonarse los días de descanso obligatorios no disfrutados por razón del servicio.
El ministerio rechazó cualquier cambio en el límite de días adicionales y a remunerar las guardias y los días de descanso obligatorios no disfrutados.
