El pasado 9 de abril, representantes de su ministerio se comprometieron con las asociaciones profesionales a que estas podrían participar en la redacción de este proyecto y además serían informadas en todo momento. Poco después Robles afirmó que el Ministerio ya tiene un proyecto redactado y un texto escrito para que las Fuerzas Armadas sean declaradas profesión de riesgo.
