Often people ask me when bitcoin is going to skyrocket. And there is not enough time to answer properly. I answer here to all of you. Any market has seasonality, crypto market including. How to understand what season is now?

Let's start from afar. A brief history of rhythms and seasons in human life

We used to be closer to nature. We lived in forests, jungles. Then man began a journey of exodus. Out of paradise, roughly speaking. We took a stick in our hand, began to cultivate the land and build villages and cities. In the industrial phase, the rhythm of the city finally replaced the rhythm of nature. The city dweller no longer wakes up with the rooster. He wakes up according to the alarm clock. The spiritual traditions have always taken this into account. Celtic or sun cross, Wheel of the year. On holidays like Beltane, Samhain people celebrated a specific event in the changing cycles of nature. This immutable rhythm was worshiped by people and it was their contact with the subtle world. In Christianity it is all the same integrated through reinterpreted pagan holidays. Well, and the main holiday - Christmas is closely linked to the winter solstice.

How does this relate to the rate of Bitcoin? Directly!

It is not surprising that financial markets have seasonality. After all, human beings in general live according to rhythms, not quite natural rhythms, but rhythms that we need to know and feel their change. A bit of terminology: — Summer in the crypto market is bullrun (bull season). The bull in financial markets is a symbol of growth. Bulls go free-range in the summer.

 “Bulls” are  traders trying to capitalize on rising asset values. The name is based on the idea that a bull, attacking an opponent, lifts him up with its horns.

— Winter in crypto markets is bear season, bearish or simply crypto winter.

  “Bears” are traders who make money on a market decline. In this case, a bear is considered to be the opposite while attacking an enemy and pinning them to the ground.

- Altseason is when altcoins (all other currencies except BTC) conquer their peaks, generating profits for investors. Let's remember how it was in past seasons:

2013 -- bullrun 2017 -- bullrun 2021 -- bullrun 2024 -- bullrun (?)

Now the relevant questions: It's summer in the crypto market, has the bull season begun? Or is it already winding down? When is the alt season? When and what will grow? And we'll touch on all of this in part 2.... 😉

Would you have advised yourself to get on the crypto industry train in the past?

Why do I say YES to crypto-web3? — The speed of change. The feeling of “wind in my face, and I'm going”. What Russian doesn't like a fast ride? — Freedom as a pervasive industry value. You can keep bitcoin behind your back, or you can go lose it all in a memcoin casino. — Global world. Every day I have calls with all over the glovbe. And no one really gives a shit where I'm from. — Romantic vibes of the decentralization. I don't want big corporations running my life. Decentralization is an alternative. — Openness and transparency by design. — A concentration of very interesting people with a broad outlook and open-mindedness. — The feeling of being on the frontier. Just like the polar explorers who conquered the poles or like the conquistadors who discovered America. Why crypto-web3 needs to say NO? — Big blockchains have already become the same corporations, and big finance is tightening the screws with regulation more and more. — Scams, scams, SCAMS! Extremely high concentration of scammers, ludomaniacs and all sorts of scammers. — A lot of utopian ideas that no one needs and will never be realized. /though the distribution of money from the rich to the smart is a good thing and increases the stability of the system / — Things change too quickly, you just yawn and the train is gone. Marketing bundles live a couple months half a year.

But I still say YES.

I still choose the web3\crypto industry for its freedom of technological creativity, working from anywhere in the world and financial freedom of course. 😉
