Three deceptions/psyops pertaining to "eschatology":
1) Conventional "textbook" history (big bang, heliocentrism, evolution etc)
2) Recentism
3) Ancient alien theory, ancient astronaut theory, Planet "nibiru"
Yea, everyone who refers to themselves as "Submitters" follow Rashad Khalifa very closely. I have mentioned before how unfortunate QuranTalk takes that position, I still really enjoy his content though.

It has led to all these new age Quranists not subjecting the Hard sciences (with their core notions emanating from Newtonian physics) to the Quran, rather subjecting the Quran to the Hard sciences.
