We're Hiring: Network Security Team Leader Join our team as a Network Security Team Leader and lead the implementation, operation, and optimization of enterprise network security solutions. You'll be responsible for leading a team of security engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining high service quality, and protecting critical IT infrastructure against evolving cyber threats. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor the Network Security team, ensuring high performance and continuous technical development. • Plan, assign, and monitor technical tasks while ensuring timely project delivery and SLA compliance. • Design, implement, and optimize advanced Network Security and Cyber Security solutions from multiple vendors. • Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex customer incidents and critical security issues. • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network and security-related problems. • Collaborate with Project Management and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. • Perform technical assessments, feasibility studies, and change management for security implementations. • Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise security infrastructure, including Firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers, IDS/IPS, and Network Access Control solutions. • Manage security policies, endpoint protection, EDR solutions, antivirus platforms, and network access security. • Lead patch management, firmware upgrades, and security hardening activities following industry best practices. • Monitor and manage SSL certificates, ensuring timely renewals and preventing service interruptions. • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and security compliance reviews. • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, policies, and best practices across all environments. • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and security recommendations for management and customers. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Network Security, including 2+ years in a Team Lead or Senior technical leadership role. • Professional certifications such as NSE 4/5/6/7, PCNSE, CCNP Security, F5 Certified, or equivalent are highly preferred. • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security vendors including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, Aruba, and Kaspersky. • Strong knowledge of Firewalls, VPN Technologies, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security & EDR, NAC Solutions, Load Balancers, Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Management, Security Incident Response, and Security Compliance. • Strong leadership, project coordination, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
