The 5 rules of learning; Part I 1. Never translate word by word: Think in ideas, not individual words. Translation slows you down and makes sentences sound unnatural. 2. Learn phrases, not single words: Take ''liver'' as an example: I despise liver even if it is barbecued. 3. Stop saying ''VERY'' all the time. Replace very happy with thrilled, very tired with exhausted, and very big with massive. ⭕️⭕️⭕️⭕️ The interference and translation from Farsi to English misleads you to use ''VERY'' before nouns: ❌very cars ✅many cars ❌very people ✅a large number of people 4. Read out loud every day: Silent reading improves recognition(developing skimming and scanning). Speaking aloud builds fluency and self-confidence. Hearing yourself out loud helps you with correct stress patterns, intonation, and your tone of voice. 5. Don't memorize grammar first: Learn grammar through real conversation, not real rules. However, leaning an example sentence by heart can help a great deal, especially if the example sentence had already been personalized. For instance, inversion applied to conditional sentences I & II & III. e.g If you were here, I'd be over the moon ➡️➡️➡️➡️ WERE YOU here, I'd be over the moon.
