كان مرة جه عيانة عندها تقريبا 60 سنة
الأعراض اللى جايه بيها
♦️Pain at Rt hypochondrial region
♦️Vomiting
♦️open bowel
فى الفحص كان اللى موجود
♦️Rt hypochondrial Tenderness
♦️Guarding
♦️No jaundice
عملنا ليها سونار وصورة دم
السونار كان كاتب
♦️liver : average size with No IHBRD (Intra Hepatic Biliary Radicle Dilatation)
With “ Pneumobilia “
♦️RIM of IPFF Pre hepatic
♦️Gallbladder masked by gases
وصورة الدم كان نسبة ال WBCs على ال NEUT كانت 13.7/12
ركبنا Ryle لقينا اللى خارج فيها تقريبا 100ml stool
فى ال surgical History العيانة معملتش ERCP ومركبتش اى Stent
اتحجزت العيانة عشان يتعمل ليها CT Abdomen
ف كان التشخيص النهائى بعد ال CT
