Dell inspiron 15 3567 laptop board part no. as mentioned in image attached , came for power onn no display issue (3 amber 3white blinking), opened unit chkd cmos btry voltage 2.9v replace with new same status , rmvd cmos btry n power on now fan spinning high speed , all coil voltage ok except cpu core & gfx core , got clue of bios corruption , as I hvn't practiced bios creation took original bios dump n shared in AFS telegram grp with Service tag , rcvd bios files from AFS brothers Jose Philip bhai and Arif bhai, flash bios with the 1st file rcvd , power onn laptop after 3auto shut dwn display ok , powrd off rmv bios chip flash with 2nd file rcvd , powrd on agn 3auto shtdwn n display ok , problem solvd .
as both the brothers gave der precious time to help me , I used both the bios for testing n solving the case .

Dc Reading 0.004
Open laptop check all coil
impadance is ok
3v and 5v standby ok
Q26 is Damage then i replace it its n channel dual 6leg MOSFET
Now check
Now Dc Reading is 0.100 and when i trigger the board Board is power on and get the display
But this reading is not ok
Then check it backtrace
Susp is not coming on
Q26 pin number 5
Using boardview i found the track was internally damage then i jumper from R246
And also i found
Q6 p-channel B+ 19V is available Gate +5v available but no voltage on Source
I removed and put jumper for testing purpose now Dc Reading is 0.007 replace it from scrap
Dc Reading is 0.007 trigger the board
