💥💥Good Morning Case Study 💥 Laptop Case Study Dell-5521, LA9101P problem Dead. 💥 First, I check in dc supply reeding 0.004 means vin not pass. 💥 Open the laptop and check the motherboard board and is full temper. 💥 First & 2nd MOSFET miss check All coil value ram coil 0.003 CPU core coil 0.000 at this point I think cpu short and I have to returned back this laptop but.. 💥 I make a decision to give one chance of motherboard, now I turn back the board and remove pc1228 actual value is 330uf but someone put 220uf, now CPU value change 0.000 to 0.001 give me hope. 💥 I forget something VIN also short CLR value 0.003, now my cpu value is okay now decision remove to vin shorting. 💥 Every section has vin jumper pad I remove it one by one and when i cut the ram section vin supply and my vin shorting gone. 💥 Now I have work on the ram section so I remove full ram section like ram ic upper and lower MOSFET now my reeding is 0.003 to 0.048 it's not good enough I trace ram voltage and i found CD39 is leaky I remove it now my ram coil value 0.110. 💥Now i put new ram ic and both PWM MOSFET and check again all coil value now all are pass. 💥 My vin mosfet also miss so I put jumper charger jack to CLR and check-in 30 milliseconds no any section shorting, dc reeding 0.007. 💥 Check first and 2nd MOSFET gate voltage ( I know you think there is no MOSFET why I check gate voltage because if i have 8v or less than 8v then my board trigger otherwise no 3v LDO ) have 8v. 💥Now I press the power button board turn on reeding at 269 and stop there all coil have voltage even GPU coil have voltage but no core voltage. 💥 I check core ic all requirements are ok I also change core ic but sill problem is the same. 💥 I flash bios but still the same now I feel sad ☹️ I thought so my CPU gone. 💥 I also wash full board but still the same problem. then my finger touch somewhere and my reed goes put to 0.800 I think i short the motherboard I turn off-board and check nothing short by me then turn board same stuck at 0.289 then I heat up the board and again it's going to 0.800 now I check I have CPU core voltage. 💥 when the board cools down the same stuck at 0.289 then recognize when I heat up PCH then I got CPU voltage means PCH dry. 💥 I reflow pch with BGA Machine unluckily problem same thought PCH is die ☹️ 💥 Then I see very care full motherboard near PCH have YH2 crystal and their RH89 1M resistor is missing I put a new one now I turn onboard it's going 400 then 700, 840, 900 back 600. 💥 At this time I have CPU coil voltage but not display yet it's not going for auto short down. 💥 Inboard I have doubt on 2md bios I change new bios hardware and fast both bios. 💥Now I have auto shutdown but still no display on screen I connect USB keyboard I have a display on the keyboard. 💥Again see care-full near display connector QV6 is miss I have the same board I put QV6. 💥 Now I turn the board and finally,💥💥💥 I got a display on Screen. 💥 Thanks to @SCHEMAGURU Md Rafi Sir its a magic of AFS DVD'S __________________________________________________________________________________________ Log mere ko bolate hain ki tum dead or temper board par time kyu waste karte ho kyu faltu ki mehnat karte ho board par, main bola mere ustaad bolte hai ek chalata hua motherbord tumako kuchh nahin seekha kar jaega par ek ded madarabord bahut kuchh sikhata hai.

Case study Hp 15-ac (LA-C701P) Problem - With in 10-15 mins Laptop shutdown Clue - Display comes at 0.640 amp 👉 Open and clean the fan and heatink, put new cooling paste and check - but same 👉 Check components for any heat using infrared thermometer, found PL14 (+vcc_core) coil is excessively heating Little nervous 😟 👉 Start remove components 1 by 1 remove PC78 & PQ13 but same , put PQ13 back Replace - PCZ42 Display comes at 0.550 amp (amp decreased) But still PL14 was heating Replace PL14 💥 Heating issue - cleared Display comes at 0.460 amp and laptop continue on (shutdown problem solved) Next day morning Problem no.2 - Laptop Dead After triggering amp goes 0.077 and come back to 0.008 (ac led glows) 👉 Check all coil impedance, found PL8 (+5v alw) low impedance & Pc40 (+3v alw) damaged CMOS socket also little bit damaged 👉 Replace both standby output capasitor - but +5v impedance same 👉 Remove PJP3 jumper , now jumper's output and input side impedance ok 👉 Problem in jumper solder, so resold it and check. 💥 Board on and Display ok Problem no. 3 Laptop Hang in both Bios and hdd boot Start isolation all connection but found problem in motherboard 👉 Add PC118 ( 19v purification which is connected to upper mosfet ) but same 👉 Again replace PL14 & PCZ42 but same 👉 Replace Bios chip and programmed a new file 💥 Hanging issue - cleared Problem no - 4 Late Display Before solve this issue, 1st I go for OS installation after OS complete Open bios chip , cleaned ME using MEinject 💥 Display comes with in 4 sec at 0.260 amp Now laptop was completely in Good condition Thanks to 🙏🙏🙏 💥Rafi Guruji and AFS practical dvds ( Note : all impedance observation for display is without screen )
