Finally, Part 1 of CA Final Audit 250+ Important Questions is released ✅
This video covers around 100 important questions from Chapter 1 to Chapter 7.
Basically, it covers all tricky Standards on Auditing — right from 200 series to 700 series.
And the best part — every question is explained in detail:
• How to understand the question
• How to interpret it
• How to apply the concept
• How to write it in exam
This is designed in such a way that even if you have not studied earlier, you should still be able to understand it properly.
Good thing is — chapter-wise and SA-wise time codes are available in the description, and question-wise time codes are available in the comments ✅
PDF notes link is also given in the video description.

| 3 | Sorry guys, I was not able to upload the 250+ Important Questions video for CA Final Audit because of amendments and some other commitments.
But as it is said — good things take time. 😊
Finally, Part 1 is expected to be uploaded today, covering the crucial first 7 chapters and major Standards on Auditing.
And let me tell you — these questions are very important. They are tricky and need proper understanding and discussion.

| 4 | 🏆 Hi Champions
If you feel that the greatest success stories were one-way or linear — only growth, only development, only success, success, success — it was never like that.
Take the example of Rafael Nadal.
🎾 2003 – Elbow injury
🎾 2004 – Ankle injury
🎾 2005–06 – Serious foot problem
🎾 2009 – Knee tendinitis
🎾 2012 – Knee injury, out for months
🎾 2014 – Wrist injury + appendicitis surgery
🎾 2016 – Wrist injury
🎾 2018 – Multiple injuries + ankle surgery
🎾 2021 – Chronic foot problem, season ended early
🎾 2022 – Played French Open with severe foot pain and anaesthetic injections, still won it
🎾 2023 – Serious hip injury, missed almost the full season
🎾 2024 – Came back once again
Many of these were career-threatening.
People wrote him off many times. Many times he was told he may not play again.
And he came back those many times.
And still he finished with 22 Grand Slams, including 14 French Opens.
🔥 The point is simple:
Greatest of the people were not necessarily the most intelligent.
They were not necessarily the most hardworking every single day.
They were the ones who came back again and again and again and again.
They simply did not give up.
In fact, life is all about making comebacks.
In health.
In career.
In relationships.
In family.
In studies.
In every aspect of life.
Things will go wrong.
There will be bad days, bad weeks and sometimes bad phases.
But the real skill is to come back again and again and again.
And remember, a comeback is not only a big thing.
Most of your comebacks will be small, and they will happen inside a single day.
Suppose you sat at 7 am and the first three hours went nowhere. Mind wandered, phone happened, nothing moved.
At that moment you have only two options:
Either you write off the whole day…
OR YOU COME BACK AT 10.
Most students write off the day.
That is the actual loss.
Not those three hours — the remaining ten.
A bad morning does not have to become a bad day.
A bad day does not have to become a bad week.
So the moment you notice you have drifted, do not sit and analyse why it happened.
Do not calculate how much time is wasted.
Do not decide:
“Aaj ka din to gaya.”
Just put the tally mark and come back to the next question.
Immediately.
🧘 It is just like meditation.
Your mind goes somewhere else.
What do you do?
You simply bring your focus back to your breathing.
Again. Again. Again. Again.
You do not judge yourself for wandering.
You just return.
Same with studies.
Come back at 10.
Come back after lunch.
Come back after dinner.
Four small comebacks in one day is a good day, not a bad one.
It is completely okay if you are not happy with your last few days or even few weeks.
It happens with everyone.
Come back again.
Focus back on your goals again.
🧠 And remember: Your brain power is limited.
Use it only for 2 things:
• Concepts
• Questions
That’s it. Nothing else.
Don’t waste your brain power on overthinking, worrying or analysing previous days.
❤️ Life is all about comebacks.
Come back again and again and again.
That itself is the skill.
That itself is success. | 1 992 |
| 5 | 📌 Whether the change in time frame for transfer of Goodwill is applicable for Nov 26 Exams?
No, it’s NOT applicable for Nov 26 exams.
ICAI Ethical Standards Board has made a change in the time frame for transfer of Goodwill. However, the Board of Studies has not included this change in the course/RTP yet.
For Nov 26 exams, only the amendments given in the RTP are relevant. Since this change is not included in the RTP, it is not applicable for Nov 26 exams.
It may become applicable for future attempts once the Board of Studies includes it.
The same logic applies to other such changes made by ICAI which are not yet included in the RTP for Nov 26.
☑ So for Nov 26 — simply stick to the RTP amendments. | 2 662 |
| 6 | No change in this video and notes of all practical problems of bank and nbfc audit, because of amendments. | 3 232 |
| 7 | Now NBFC Audit Amendments are available ✅
These amendments are applicable from Nov’26 CA Final Audit exams as per RTP.

| 12 | Dosto,
"Why do bad things happen to me?"
Ye sawaal maine khud se bahut baar pucha hai, jab main CA kar raha tha 🤔
And many students ask me the same thing today.
I wrote my CA Final papers in November.
Result aane se pehle, ek casual meet hui — my teacher CA Farooq Haque Sir aur mere dost CA Girish Lakhotiya ke saath.
He had seen me in some class activities. Aur unhone simply pucha:
"Why don't you teach for a month?"
Maine kaha, "Sir, this is not my goal. Par ek mahine ke liye kar sakta hoon."
Looking back, unhe pata tha main kar sakta hoon 🙏
So in December, I started teaching.
Aur January mein result aaya.
I had failed 💔
Us waqt ye setback nahi laga. It felt like a judgement.
"Why me?"
"Maine toh sab sahi kiya tha."
And there I was. Roz classroom mein khada tha, holding a result that said I hadn't cleared.
Maine phir bhi padhana band nahi kiya.
A few weeks later, revaluation ka result aaya.
I had passed ✅
The paper hadn't changed. Checking badal gayi.
Par tab tak wo "one month" meri direction ban chuka tha.
Us failure ne mera safar khatam nahi kiya. It changed the route.
We talk a lot about our plans. Uske plan ko bhool jaate hain.
He decides the pitch. He decides the timing.
Hamara kaam alag hai —
Dobara khade hona.
Do the next right thing.
Bina bitter bane, wapas strong aana 💪
Kabhi kabhi wo "bura" moment punishment nahi hota.
It's preparation. It's redirection.
Aaj jab main padhata hoon, I don't just teach a subject. I teach from experience 🙏
"Achha hai... bade bade gadhe hain. Jab mauka milega, sabse bada chhallang hum hi lagayenge."
Mast raho. Smart padho.
