PREDICT Pre-TGE sale
Binance Wallet scheduled the sale for October 29, 08:00–10:00 UTC. Eligible users need Alpha Points; the subscription cap is 6 BNB per user.
Participants can claim a PREDICT Key on BSC after Pre-TGE. Actual PREDICT tokens will go to Binance Alpha accounts at TGE.
Separately, the project reported ~400,000 USDT in unauthorized user-wallet transfers on October 27 and pledged full reimbursement.

DTC, a DTCC subsidiary, launched its securities tokenization service on October 28. DTCC lists 34 securities available to tokenize at launch; 20 DTC participants have signed access agreements.
The service is integrated with Canton Network and DTCC’s private Besu network. Tokens are backed 1:1 by securities held at DTC and retain their legal and economic rights. Intra-chain transfers run 24/7 between DTC-registered wallets.

Google Multi-Party Compute is in private preview with financial institutions, CoinDesk reports, citing Google. The service combines distributed signing, transaction policies and key recovery for digital assets.
Commercial availability is planned for early 2027, according to the report. Partner names and pricing have not been disclosed.

Janus Henderson and Centrifuge announced JQQQ, a blockchain-native fund seeking to track the Nasdaq-100 under license from Nasdaq. It is launching exclusively on Stellar.
Janus Henderson is the sub-investment manager; Anemoy is the investment manager. The fund is available only to eligible investors and is not available to US persons.

| 5 |  Ripple and Robinhood connect financial rails
Ripple says RLUSD is live on Robinhood Chain and Bitstamp, with Robinhood app availability expected later this year.
Robinhood will use RLUSD on the XRP Ledger for institutional settlement and integrate Ripple Treasury. Ripple Prime already provides Bitstamp with lending and margin financing.

The company filed a public S-1 registration statement with the SEC on October 26 and plans to list its Class A shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under ANT.

The EVM-compatible network currently runs as an internal devnet. Its documentation specifies 200 ms blocks and BNB for gas and staking, bridged from BNB Smart Chain.
The roadmap targets public testnet by the end of 2026 and mainnet in early 2027. These are planned dates; no public endpoints are available yet.

DropsTab's October 22 shutdown list contains 82 names. The 46 entries with project-level funding figures account for about $727M in historical VC rounds and token sales.
The top 10 represent $433.3M, or 59.6% of the disclosed total. Another four entries show parent-company funding only; 32 show no amount.
The list includes company closures, product sunsets and announced wind-downs. The fundraising total is not an estimate of investor losses.

Andreessen Horowitz is renaming a16z Crypto to a16z Frontier and broadening the scope of its new fund.
Its areas of interest include AI, autonomous machines, biology and networks connecting people with AI agents. The firm will continue investing in crypto, with blockchains supporting stablecoins, financial services and machine-to-machine transactions.
Chris Dixon will lead the fund alongside Marc Andreessen, Ben Horowitz, Eddy Lazzarin and Guy Wuollet.
