Day 2 of merchandise collection has begun! Come collect your merch at AS2-0203 (until 5pm) if you haven’t done so yesterday 🤗

Day 1 of Merchandise distribution has just concluded, thank you all for your support! To those who have yet to collect your merch, feel free to come down to AS2-0203 tomorrow from 2-5pm. Tomorrow will be your last chance to collect your order (for the near future), please do make arrangements to collect your orders!

If you did not receive any confirmation email in both your inbox and junk mail, or if there were any discrepancies in your order, do inform Yi Kai (Majors’ Welfare Co-Director) @ekanbilis by 6pm on Wed (03/04). Do not make payment until you confirm that your order is correct.
Do also note that after you have verified that your order is correct, payment should be made by Fri (05/04) 2359.

If you missed the last sharing session about GE3230A: Field Studies in Southeast Asia, there will be another sharing session at AS2-02-03 (Earth Lab without rocks) at 6pm TODAY with Dr Carl and the Field Studies team.
The sharing will include this year’s itinerary, academic topics, and past experiences of Field Studies, which will give a much better picture of what the trip will be like.

Ready for our Summer Field Trip this year? GeogSoc’s Special Projects🌿is back, and we are partnering with our alumnus Yuki Ong who is now a co-founder of GreenLoop Farms! 👩🌾🧑🌾
Join us in exploring how Singapore obtains its local produce through sustainable farming methods♻️ such as hydroponics!💦 Discover how waste is effectively reduced from composting, which is then repurposed for other great uses! 🆙Through this journey, you will also be able to learn more about microgreens🌱 and even get the opportunity to taste the microgreens you harvested! 🪴
Aside from the harvesting session, enjoy an interactive Q&A session 🗣️with Yuki where you may get a glimpse of how you may embark on a career in the private sector after graduating from NUS. 💼There will also be a Kahoot session where you may stand to win attractive prizes! 🎁

Also, seize the opportunity to meet our friendly professors to understand more about fieldwork studies, as well as Honours Thesis! Whether you're a freshman or sophomore, it never hurts to learn more about our curriculum and plan for it in advance!

Hi all! 😁 NUS Geography’s FIC 🌏 is recruiting for OGLs for the upcoming AY and we want you 🫵 to be part of this journey.
As OGLs of Geography Freshers Immersion Camp, you will be involved in introducing NUS and the Geography faculty to your freshers. 🗺 Even though this is a Geography camp, OGL signups are open to all faculties as long as you have the desire to share about your university experiences! 🏫
⭐️ Do take note of the following dates that you are required to be present for ⭐️:
🗓 Actual Camp Dates: 2 July 2024 (Tuesday) to 4 July 2024 (Thursday)
Dry Run 1: 24 May 2024 (Friday)
Dry Run 2: (Tentative) 25 June 2024 (Tuesday)
*Dry Run 2 date to be confirmed by end April but will likely be between 25 June - 27 June*
