For 12 years, Granby town officials, neighbors of Marvin Heemeyer's muffler shop, the local press, and other citizens of Granby had been in disputes with Heemeyer in various ways, including over zoning rules which Heemeyer believed impaired his muffler repair shop's business. Motivated by his frustration, Heemeyer began secretly armoring a Komatsu D355A bulldozer with layers of steel and concrete in 2002 with the intent of using it for destructive purposes. On June 4, 2004, starting at around 2:15 p.m., Marv began his rampage by driving his armored bulldozer through Mountain Park Concrete, owned by the Docheff family.

CNN will probably ignore this story given the officer who shot Davis is black. Morris Anthony Davis was wanted for a 2013 murder, but the guy is clearly laying on the ground after being tased, not posing an immediate threat to the officer. If the media is gonna run with this (which they aren't obviously) we're gonna get George Floyd part 2. So far I've seen it on only a few channels. Clay County, FL deputies encountered Davis during a child welfare check. While attempting to confirm his identity, he reportedly tried to flee armed with two knives and was tased. In the video below he can be heard saying “I give my life to the Lord” “Please kill me, I’d rather die than go back to jail.” He was shot and killed by a deputy whilst laying on the ground holding the knives. April 29, Chantez Loury, 39 years old, was killed in a shooting incident with police after fleeing. Loury, who had an extensive criminal record - including attempted homicide and drug trafficking - was on conditional release.
