We hereby notify that the cooperation and contractual relationship related to the contract number MR202609408, 26.08.2026, is no longer active and is considered terminated for any future cooperation, representation, recruitment, or business activity, due to inactivity for more than 90 days. All responsibilities, liabilities, obligations, pending matters, candidates, files, projects, payments, and subjects arising from previous cooperation shall remain fully valid and enforceable until their complete settlement and finalization. In accordance with the contract, including but not limited to Articles 8, 10, 17, 20, 33–42, 44, and 45, all confidentiality, non-disclosure, liability, and contractual obligations remain fully effective after termination. You are required to immediately cease: • Advertising or publishing our offers, vacancies, services, or company information; • Presenting yourself as our representative, recruiter, partner, or affiliated party; • Contacting our partners, recruiters, employers, or associated entities without our prior written authorization. Any promises, commitments, guarantees, negotiations, or representations made by your side remain solely under your responsibility and liability. Particular attention is drawn to Articles 33–42 concerning Confidential Information and Non-Disclosure, which remain permanently valid and enforceable regardless of termination or expiration of cooperation. This notice serves as our official written declaration. Any objection must be submitted to our team within seventy-two (72) hours from publication of this notice. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of this declaration, and no subsequent complaint or objection shall be entertained.
