AUTO QR CODE ATTENDANCE oleh DR BAHSHA
1. Lembaran Google menambah QR CODE GENERATOR perlu ditambahkan terlebih dahulu.
2. Buat borang Google
3. Masukkan tajuk
4. Pilih soalan jawapan pendek
5. Masukkan id Staf
6. Uji paparan borang Google
7. Kembali ke borang editor
8. Buatkan pautan yang telah dipenuhi
9. Klik pada ikon 3 titik di sudut kiri atas
10. Sebuah tab pelayar baru akan terbuka menunjukkan borang pautan yang telah dipenuhi.
11. Buka pangkalan data excel
12. Salin mana-mana id kakitangan dari senarai
13. Tampalkan id staf ke borang pautan yang telah dipasangkan dan klik hantar
14. Salin pautan yang telah dibuat dan tampal ke nota pad.
15. Perhatikan url adalah sama kecuali untuk rentetan terakhir.
16. Rentetan terakhir ialah id kakitangan yang kami masukkan.
17. Menjana pautan tindak balas
18. Dalam pad nota menggantikan rentetan "bentuk paparan" kepada "formResponse"
19. Salin URL baru ke dalam tab penyemak imbas.
20. Penyemak imbas akan menunjukkan halaman yang dikemukakan borang Google yang menyatakan bahawa "Respon anda telah dirakam"
21. Klik seterusnya pada tab respons dalam editor borang untuk melihat jawapan yang diserahkan dari link respon dijana.
22. Klik ikon helaian Google untuk menghasilkan hamparan untuk tanggapan.
23. Hamparan ini akan menunjukkan id kakitangan dan setem masa
24. Laraskan tetapan hamparan untuk memadankan masa Malaysia Tempatan.
25. Menjana pautan tindak balas jisim melalui spreadsheet.
26. Dalam spreadsheet tambahkan lembaran kerja baru dan namakan semula sebagai LINK RESPONSE
27. Buka fail excel dan salin senarai nama dan id ke dalam lembaran kerja pautan tindak masuk Lembaran Google.
28. Dalam lembaran kerja pautan tindak, masukkan lajur. Namakan lajur GENERIC URL
29. Kembali ke pad nota
30. Salin URL generik dari pautan tindak balas yang telah anda buat sebelumnya.
31. URL generik adalah semua rentetan sehingga simbol LAST "=".
32. Tampalkan url generik ke dalam sel D2
33. Salin url generik ke D COLUMN semua nama dalam senarai dengan menyeret ke bawah
34. Dalam sel E1, buat lajur lain dan tukar nama sebagai pautan tindak balas
35. Dalam lajur ini adalah di mana satu LINK RESPONSE unik dari setiap kakitangan akan diwujudkan.
36. Di dalam CELL E2 ENTER formula, = D2 & B2
37. Formula ini akan menggabungkan URL generik dengan id staf yang menghasilkan pautan respons unik untuk setiap kakitangan.
38. Salin formula ke seluruh baris dengan menyeretnya ke bawah.
39. Klik pautan yang dihasilkan untuk menguji pautan respons.
40. Menjana KOD QR
41. Dalam hamparan kita perlu menyusun lajur dengan betul supaya kita dapat menggunakan penambahan yang betul untuk menghasilkan kod qr
42. Buat lajur lain dalam F1 DAN menamakan semula sebagai NAME
43. Pilih pautan E dan F lajur dan Nama
44. Guna penjana kod qr ke sel-sel ini.
45. Tambah pada QR CODE GENERATOR, BUKA, klik menjana
46. Semua dilakukan dengan CODE baru dihasilkan.
47. Sebagai pautan respons dalam lajur C tyoe formula, = VLOOKUP (B2, 'Link Response'! $ B $ 2, $ C2 $ 24,2,0)
49. Seret turun dari B2 untuk menyalin formula
50. SEMUA DUA.

AUTO QR CODE ATTENDANCE by DR BAHSHA
1. Google sheet add on QR CODE GENERATOR need to be added first.
2. Create Google forms
3. Insert a title
4. Choose Short answer question
5. Insert Staf id
6. Test view Google forms
7. Go back to form editor
8. Generate pre filled link
9. Click at the 3 dots icon at the top left corner
10. A new browser tab will open showing the pre-filled link form.
11. Open excel database
12. Copy any staf id from the list
13. Paste the staf id to the prefilled link form and click submit
14. Copy the prefilled link generated and paste to note pad.
15. Notice the urls are similar except for the last string.
16. The last string is the staf id that we entered.
17. Generate the response link
18. In the note pad replace the string "viewform" to "formResponse"
19. Copy the new URL into a browser tab.
20. The browser will show the Google form submitted page stating that "Your response has been recorded"
21. Next click on the responses tab in the form editor to view the submitted responses from the generated responses link.
22. Click on the Google sheet icon to generate the spreadsheet for the responses.
23. The spreadsheet will show the staf id and the time stamp
24. Adjust the spreadsheet setting to match Malaysia Local time.
25. Generate the mass response link via spreadsheet.
26. In the spreadsheet add new worksheet and rename as RESPONSE LINK
27. Open the excel file and copy the name list and id into the response link worksheet in. The Google sheet.
28. In the response link worksheet, insert a column. Name the column GENERIC URL
29. Go back to the note pad
30. Copy the generic URL from the response link that you have created earlier.
31. The generic URL is all the strings up until the LAST "=" symbol.
32. Paste the generic url into the cell D2
33. Copy the generic url into D COLUMN all of the name in the list by dragging in downward
34. In the cell E1, create another column and rename as response link
35. In this column is where a unique RESPONSE LINK from each staf will be created.
36. In THE CELL E2 ENTER the formula, =D2&B2
37. The formula will combine the generic URL with the staf id generating a unique response link for each staf.
38. Copy the formula to the rest of the rows by dragging it downward.
39. Click on the generated link to test the response link.
40. Generating THE QR CODE
41. In the spreadsheet we need to properly arrange the column so that we can correctly use the add on to generate the qr code
42. Create another column in F1 AND rename as NAME
43. Select column E and F response link and Name
44. Apply the qr codes generator to these cells.
45. Add on QR CODE GENERATOR, OPEN, click generate
46. All done with new QR CODE been generated.
47. In response link in column C tyoe the formula, =VLOOKUP(B2,'Response Link'! $B$2,$C2$24,2,0)
49. Drag down from B2 to copy the formula
50. ALL DONE.
