NEW VIDEO: Why Your Double Top Fails by One Pip (The Pattern Is the Bait)
You watched a double top form. Then the second top went one pip higher than the first, so you called it a breakout and bought it. That was the high of the day. This video is about why the second top so often goes one step further.

NEW VIDEO: You Were Right About the Level. Here's Why You Still Lost
You picked the level. You picked the direction. Price went four pips through your stop, and then did exactly what you said it would. This video is about the one thing you got wrong: the order of events. The hunt comes first.

GOLD GOT THE PERFECT REASON TO RALLY. THAT WAS THE TRAP.
Friday 2 October, 08:30 New York. The September jobs report: 29,000 jobs against about 90,000 expected. Weak jobs, softer Fed, buy gold. We have clicked buy on that candle too.
The trap, in order:
• Asia set the range, 4133 to 4196, with stops on both sides.
• The number lands and gold jumps $29 past the top, to 4225.89.
• By 11:45 it was at 4125.07, about $100 lower, through the whole range.
The other seat: TD Securities, quoted by FXStreet, says gold speculators cut longs and added shorts for the third week running. The World Gold Council counts $12bn out of managed-money futures in September while $10bn went into gold ETFs.
Smart money cannot sell size into nothing. It needs buyers at a known time. The news supplied them.
The observer saw a time, not a direction. The rule: wait for the stop hunt and the close back inside the range.

NEW VIDEO: It Wasn't Bad Luck: How Market Makers Hunt Your Stop Loss
You sold the level. Your stop went just above the high, where everyone is taught to put it. One candle ran through it, took you out, and then price went exactly where you said it would. This video shows why that is not bad luck.
