However, due to channel inactivity, they lost it. Following Fragment's launch, a prominent TON investor acquired the username through a public auction. In early June, Dodo Pizza decided to reclaim the username. Communication breakdown ensued, leading Dodo Pizza to file a lawsuit against the username owner, and even named Telegram as a defendant, hinting at unfair competition. The lawsuits were filed in Russia because the company is Russian and the branded channel is believed to be for Russian users.
