1️⃣ Sellers in Europe are complaining about lengthy VAT verification delays as Amazon’s deactivation deadlines approach; USPS Ground Advantage deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories now may take 10+ days. Review your marketplace delivery promises; My team is successfully appealing many stubborn brand reviews where sellers have almost given up. 2️⃣ Amazon began accepting some meltables earlier, but October 5th was the customer-order availability date for chocolate, chocolate-covered nuts and fruit, caramel and gelatin gummies. Amazon had allowed sellers to begin sending that inventory on September 21.

4️⃣ A UK-based seller says Amazon Support confirmed their UK warehouse cannot qualify for BHDR protection because SSA only supports US ship-from addresses. Switching from USPS Media Mail to UPS would increase shipping costs without guaranteeing delivery during business hours or BHDR compliance.
They fear losing access to Business customers. Are other sellers shipping from outside the US facing the same issue? Amazon Link.
5️⃣ Sellers are raising concerns in the Seller Forums about Amazon’s growing restrictions on brand-name footwear. I’ve seen this too and share their concerns about customer choice and availability. Link

1️⃣ DOJ alleges an online postage provider sold more than 5 million counterfeit USPS labels, often for around $2 regardless of the package size or destination, allegedly costing USPS $126M+.. Unsure if this is legit; however
if a postage provider is offering shipping rates that make absolutely no sense, understand exactly where those labels are coming from. Link.

And as of yesterday, the chat opens in a sidebar instead of a pop-out window. The pop-out used to notify you when the rep answered. The sidebar doesn't. So now you just sit there staring at the screen waiting for them to respond. No way to get anything else done while you're in a case or they close you out for being idle too long.”
5️⃣ A seller noted, “Amazon says pursue carrier damage claims—but UPS Ground Saver may cover only $20. Are you declaring shipment values for anything over 20$?” Link.
6️⃣ Good News! “Starting September 21, 2026, Express Payout will be active by default for eligible sellers in the US, at no cost.
When we initiate a payout, funds will reach eligible bank accounts within 24 hours, including weekends and holidays, instead of 3 to 5 business days”

8️⃣ Some sellers (non-service providers) received this “You are receiving this email because your service registration on Solution Provider Portal (SPP) wasn’t completed within the required window. As of 9/01/2026, all secondary user and service provider access to seller accounts has expired.”
9️⃣ “The provided documentation cannot be accepted because it was already used in a previous submission. Submit a different invoice that includes your supplier's name, phone number, address, email, and website.”

Most bundles sharing one ASIN must be packaged by the original manufacturer or brand, although some exceptions apply.This will affect many of our sellers. 3️⃣ The Buy Box has gone local. Your repricing should be too.
Amazon no longer awards one Buy Box per listing. It awards thousands, place by place, and the same listing can win in one city and lose in another.

7️⃣ A seller discovered Amazon charged years of storage fees for nonexistent inventory due to a “ledger synchronization error” that repeatedly failed disposal orders. After multiple escalations, Amazon investigated, synchronized the inventory ledger to reflect true zero stock, stopped further charges, and approved a full reimbursement of all affected storage fees. Patience and perseverance paid off.

1️⃣ Bizarre USPS shipping corrections from months ago are suddenly hitting ASGTG members’ Amazon seller accounts. Some appear wrong, petty, or impossible to verify this long after the shipment.
Amazon says these charges can result from package dimensions or weight not matching the label, or from an incorrect or invalid return address.

5️⃣ A seller told me Amazon’s “price too high” enforcement is becoming difficult to understand on low-priced products. He has seen Buy Box suppression at $6.99, while postage alone can exceed that amount. Link
6️⃣ Amazon is going a bit wild with this: "We are notifying you that the creation of duplicate ASINs is a policy violation that negatively impacts your account health. If left unaddressed, and if you continue to violate the policy, it will result in account deactivation."
7️⃣ Some sellers with no notifications “Your ability to create manual and automated inventory removals has been disabled. Please review your account health dashboard or Seller Central notifications for more information”
8️⃣ Interesting “We are taking this action because we received order delivery complaints from buyers and identified patterns suggesting drop shipping activities without proper authorization or inventory documentation. To learn more, review our Drop Shipping Policy.”
