Secondo un report di Bloomberg, OpenAI starebbe valutando azioni legali contro Apple. La partnership nata nel 2024 per integrare ChatGPT in Siri non starebbe portando i risultati sperati.
I motivi del malcontento:
• 📉 Ricavi deludenti: OpenAI si aspettava miliardi di dollari in nuovi abbonamenti, ma i numeri sono molto lontani dalle attese.
• 🔍 Scarsa visibilità: ChatGPT sarebbe troppo "nascosto" in iOS e poco pubblicizzato da Apple.
• 🤖 Nuovi rivali: Con iOS 27, Apple si appresta a integrare anche Google Gemini e altri modelli, diluendo il ruolo di OpenAI.
Un executive di OpenAI ha definito l'accordo un "fallimento".

Secondo le ultime indiscrezioni, Apple starebbe preparando una strategia di prezzo molto aggressiva per i futuri iPhone 18 Pro e iPhone 18 Pro Max, attesi per settembre 2026, mentre diversi produttori Android potrebbero essere costretti ad aumentare i listini a causa del rincaro globale delle memorie RAM, Apple potrebbe riuscire a mantenere i prezzi di partenza stabili, o comunque con aumenti minimi.
Tra le novità attese si parla di chip A20 Pro, Dynamic Island più piccola, possibile fotocamera con apertura variabile, 12GB di RAM e una nuova colorazione Dark Cherry.
