🔷پیشنهادات دوست ما در مورد ریدینگ و لیسینینگ: من سر کلاس هم لسنینگا رو خوب میزدم یعنی لسنینگم رو کاری نکردم نت هم نمی نوشتم چون نت که مینوشتم عقب میفتادم همه حواسم به حرفاشون بود و موقعیتی که پیش اومده یا مباحث لکچر ها ریدینگ ولی اولا خیلی غلط داشتم ۱۱_۱۴ تا , بعد دیدم بیشتر غلطام یا لغته یا سوالت جمع بندی یا در اثر دقت نکردن به except یا اینکه گفته با توجه به کل متن یا فقط یه پاراگراف سوال اخر پسیج ها که جمع بندیه رو خیلی مشکل داشتم و اخرش دلتا رو خوندم اون قسمتشو دو دور تا یکم بهتر شد و تحلیل میکردم چرا اشتباه انتخاب کردم و لغت خیلی خوندم , ایسنشال رو دو دور خوندم و هاردورکرز مدام دستم بود مگوش هم همه لغت هاشو خوندم کلا لغت خیلی مفیده , چون سریع میزدم لغتا رو اخر ۴تا ریدینگ امتحان ۱۲ دقیقه اضافه اوردم و برگشتم مرور کردم و دو تا سوالام رو اصلاح کردم پس لغت خیلی بخونن, تی پی او اخری ها هم مهم تره همونطور که گفتید , من اصلا یک تا بیست رو نزدم , تحلیل هم بکنن غلط هاشونا حتما

🔷To make a long story short, I believe workers who do different kinds of works during the workday are more satisfied with their jobs and their lives. All aforementioned reasons point to my idea. However, an important issue that must be mentioned is that this can not be used as a prescription for everybody and some counterexamples might exist.
