The issue with this idea is that it talks about pedophilia as if it’s an uneducated topic, everybody knows that children should not be exposed to a certain topics because it can ruin their development, and everybody knows that when you expose those children to those things, it will detrimentally affect them for the rest of their lives. It’s not a crazy theory to believe in, so or by pushing the idea that pedophilia deserves mental care as if it’s on the same level as depression or bpd is crazy. Not to mention, most cases occur only because the predator could do what he did, it’s a form of power imbalance and control, either that or because we as a society have glamorized certain childish characteristics, like being hairless and being clueless about sexual topics type shit
