THIS SCREENSHOT CLEARLY SHOWS IT: Against this backdrop, BitMart must answer an unavoidable and extremely serious question: Are these assets being unlawfully withheld and possibly misappropriated? Almost a whole week has now passed, yet BitMart has still not released the funds from the liquidity pool or the SCANDIC COIN (SNC) tokens. The funds from the liquidity pool were transferred in US dollars from a German bank account, and their lawful origin is therefore clearly, fully and unambiguously documented. The SNC tokens, too, remain the property of their rightful owner and have at no time passed into BitMart’s possession. Unless BitMart can immediately provide concrete and legally valid contractual, regulatory or statutory grounds for the continued retention of these assets, this situation can no longer credibly be dismissed as a routine processing delay or technical issue. The ongoing retention of third-party assets raises serious concerns regarding unlawful retention, possible misappropriation and potential insolvency. Is BitMart no longer financially capable of honouring these withdrawal requests, or is BitMart deliberately refusing to return assets that do not belong to it? Both scenarios would be extremely serious and require immediate clarification. The screenshots clearly document the withdrawal requests, the time that has elapsed and BitMart’s continued failure to complete the transfers. BitMart must therefore release the funds and tokens without delay and provide a comprehensive, transparent and legally sound written explanation for its conduct. Until such an explanation is provided, the question remains unavoidable: what exactly is happening at BitMart, and why are assets belonging to customers still being withheld after almost a whole week?
