- من الحاجات اللى لفتت انتباهى واتأكدت منها إنك لما تدعى بحاجة فى دليل من أدلة كتير إنها مستجابة مجرد إن لسانك نطقها تلقائى !!
- سيدنا عمر بن الخطاب كان بيقول:
" إذا أُلهِمت الدُعاء أيقنتُ الإجابة "
يعنى مجرد إن ربنا يلهمك شوية كلمات تدعى بيهم دة كدة علامة من علامات الإجابة، متخيل كرم ربنا علينا
- ربنا أراد أن يتوب على سيدنا آدم فعلّمه أدعية:
"فَتَلَقَّىٰ آدَمُ مِن رَّبِّهِ كَلِمَاتٍ فَتَابَ عَلَيْهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ"
وأنت بتدعى بعد كدة ادعى بيقين الإجابة، لأنك ببساطة أُلهِمت الدعاء.

كثيراً ما تسأل أحدهم:
كم جزءاً قرأ من القرآن اليوم؟
ويكون الجواب: أنا أتمنى والله أن أقرأ؛ ولكن المشكلة.. ليس هناك وقت!
وحين تتساءل:
أين ضاع الوقت؟ وكيف ضاع الوقت؟
فإنك ستجد أن من أخطر ما يُضيّع الوقت كثرة الاختلاط بالناس..
إننا نستهين بمكالمة لمجرد المجاملة، قد يضيع فيها نصف ساعة!
ومصافحة وكلمتين" ع الماشي "بعد الصلاة أمام المسجد يضيع فيها نصف ساعة أخرى!
وهكذا تضيع الأوقات بغير فائدة، والعبد مسئول عن عمره فيما أفناه؟

Clinical case :ست عندها 34 سنة، جاية تشتكي من abdominal pain بقاله 6 شهور. الألم mostly في right lower quadrant، وبيزيد بعد الأكل. معاه intermittent diarrhea أحيانًا فيه mucus لكن من غير دم واضح. بتقول كمان إنها: خسّت حوالي 8 kg عندها fatigue ساعات بيطلع around the anus discharge مؤلم اشتكت قبل كده من recurrent mouth ulcers
