كل خيرٍ في الدنيا مرهونٌ باستمرارية السعي، حتى أنَّ أحبَّ الأعمال إلى الله أدومها وإن قلَّ، السائرُ على الطريق حتمًا سيصل ولو مشى كل يوم خطوةً واحدةً، أما القاعدُ فلن يصل إلى أي وجهة، جُبلت النفسُّ على حبِّ الراحة، والراحة ليست غاية الدنيا،من أراد شيئًا فليُشمِّر ويتوكل على الله ويبدأ، حتى لو لم يصل فإنَّ الموتَ على الطريق وصول.

Clinical case: مريضة عندها 45 سنة جاية تشتكي من: ألم في أعلى البطن (epigastric pain) بقاله 3 شهور الألم بيزيد بعد الأكل خصوصًا الأكل الدسم أحيانًا بيصحّيها من النوم بتحس بـ nausea من غير vomiting لاحظت نقص بسيط في الوزن مفيش: hematemesis melena تغيير في البراز
