Clinical case :مريض عنده 35 سنة، شغال فني معمل، جالك العيادة بيشتكي من Dry Cough (كحة ناشفة) و Dyspnea (نهجان) بيزيد جداً بالليل وفي الساعات الأولى من الصبح. لما سألته في الـ History، قالك: الموضوع ده "بيجي ويروح" (Episodic)، خصوصاً لما بيشم روائح نفاذة أو يتعرض لتراب في الشغل. النهجان بيبقى معاه صوت "تزييق" في صدره (Wheezing) هو نفسه بيسمعه. والده عنده حساسية جيوب أنفية، وهو نفسه عنده Eczema في جلده. (Examination): الـ Vital signs كانت Normal وقت الكشف. لما حطيت السماعة وطلبت منه ياخد "زفير طويل"، سمعت Expiratory Wheezes واضحة على الناحيتين. تفتكروا ايه التشخيص ؟👀
