Authorities allege that Juarez engaged in the deliberate grooming of minor victims before leveraging obtained material to extort and coerce them under threat of exposure and harm. Videos depicting what appear to be live-streamed sessions involving multiple noted network members, including Juarez, circulated across Twitter and other social media platforms.
Juarez allegedly operated across several online platforms, including Telegram and Discord. Telegram accounts associated with him include @agonyside and @agony764. His Discord accounts, nachocat0 and trustrustrru, have also been linked to multiple documented extortion incidents involving minor victims.
Authorities are also examining communications recovered from a Securus tablet seized at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice's Estelle Unit. The messages allegedly show an individual using the name "John Lennon" communicating with an incarcerated prisoner about 764 and the operation of the network, including obtaining permission from the prisoner to operate it. Investigators suspect that Juarez was using the false identity to gain access to the Securus platform and communicate with the prisoner.
The investigation comes amid growing scrutiny of 764 and affiliated networks, which authorities have linked to online exploitation, coercion, extortion, and the targeting of vulnerable individuals. Investigators are continuing to examine Juarez's online accounts, communications, and alleged connections to other individuals associated with the network.
