The Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) have claimed responsibility for a road blockade on the national highway connecting Quetta with Sindh and Punjab, as well as an attack on the DIG Guest House in Sibi city. According to a statement by spokesperson Dosteen Baloch, BRG fighters established a complete blockade at Dhadar on the national highway from approximately 7:00 PM until late at night. All passing vehicles were reportedly stopped and searched. The group claimed that some drivers attempted to flee, prompting gunfire. The BRG also stated that between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM the same night, several grenade‑launcher rounds were fired at the DIG Guest House in Sibi, causing material damage and casualties. The group warned transporters to comply with searches during future checkpoints, otherwise they would be held responsible for any consequences. The BRG said operations will continue “until the independence of Balochistan.”

Jesh Fursan Muhammad (JfM) has issued a detailed statement concerning a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) attack that allegedly targeted a checkpoint in Eidak, North Waziristan. According to the statement, the suicide bomber, Umar Khorasani, executed a truck bomb attack in retaliation for the killing of their fighters at the same checkpoint, in which at least 35 security personnel were allegedly killed and injured. An improvised explosive device (IED) targeted the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) of Pakistani security forces in the Zamuran area of Kech. According to official sources, three personnel were injured in the blast. Security forces also stated that they averted a major tragedy by defusing the device.

According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted a series of intelligence-based operations in Mastung, Nushki, Zehri, Khuzdar, and Ketch districts following a train incident on May 24, 2026. Claimed results:

· Seventeen militants, described as belonging to "Indian-sponsored Fitna-al-Hindustan," were killed. · Weapons, ammunition, a large cache of explosives, and prepared IEDs were recovered. · Sanitization operations are ongoing.

A police officer was injured by unidentified assailants on Mall Road in the Chaman. The injured officer was shifted to a hospital, where officials stated that he is out of danger.
