🔴 Verified Merchant badges will be revoked from merchants who have been inactive or are not regularly completing trades on the platform.
The badge represents trust, reliability, and commitment to our community. Holding it comes with the responsibility of being present and active for buyers who depend on you.
✅ Verified Merchant slots will be reassigned to qualified, active traders who are consistently serving the community
To all current Verified Merchants:
If you want to keep your badge, stay active. Complete trades, respond to buyers, and maintain your presence on the platform. Inactivity will be the sole reason for revocation... no exceptions.
We are committed to building a platform where users can always find reliable, responsive merchants. This change protects that promise.

Withdrawals have now been fully restored.
Earlier today, withdrawals were temporarily suspended while our team investigated a P2P dispute involving a merchant who remained inactive throughout most of the transaction, then confirmed availability and encouraged the buyer to proceed with payment only moments before the payment countdown expired. As a result, the buyer completed the payment, but the order was automatically cancelled by the system due to the expired deadline.
To protect user funds and ensure a fair outcome, our team immediately intervened, reviewed the evidence, and resolved the case accordingly.
Let this serve as a reminder to all users and merchants: such behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated on EBR. Any attempt to mislead counterparties, manipulate trade timelines, abuse platform features, or engage in dishonest conduct may result in account suspension, merchant privilege revocation, or permanent account bans.
EBR reserves the full right to take any action necessary to protect the platform and its users.
Trade fairly. Trade responsibly. Respect the rules.
