وأنا لا زلت أحلم بطرق أخرى أعيش بها هذا العمر ولغات جَديدة أكتب فيها عن الحب، لا زلت أملك أحلاماً عظمى لأحققها قبل أن تطوى السنين، وأفكر في مدن بعيدة أجرب قهوتها ولو بعد حين، لا زال لدي أفكار ونظرياتٍ تجد طريقها إلى الحدوث، أشخاص أريد أن أسبر أرواحهم وأتعلّم منهم وأحرك مكامن الشغف فيهم، لا زلت أنا هنا، أحاول اختراع حياة كثيرة بالمعنى كبيرة بالشغف، وهذا أجملَ شيءٍ عبر خاطَري هذا المساء..
And I still dream of other ways to live this life, and new languages in which to write about love. I still have grand dreams to achieve before the years fold away. I think of distant cities where I might someday taste their coffee. Ideas and theories still find their way toward happening. People I want to explore souls with, learn from, and stir the depths of passion within. I am still here, trying to invent many lives with great meaning and passion. And this is the most beautiful thing in my thoughts this evening...

إِذَا دَخَلَ لِصٌّ إِلَى بَيْتٍ مَا، فَلَنْ يَخَافَ مِنِ اسْتِيقَاظِ الرَّجُلِ الْكَبِيرِ وَالْمَرْأَةِ الْكَبِيرَةِ فِي السِّنِّ؛ بَلْ يَخْشَى مِنْ اسْتِيقَاظِ الشَّبَابِ. الآنَ فِي بَيْتِنَا لِصٌّ، فَأَمْرِيكَا تَنْهَبُ أَمْوَالَنَا وَشَرَفَنَا وَعِزَّتَنَا وَحَيْثِيَّتَنَا، لِذَا عَلَيْنَا أَنْ نُوقِظَ الشَّبَابَ.

If a thief breaks into a house, he is not afraid of the old man and woman waking up; rather, he fears the young people waking up. Now there is a thief in our house, for America is plundering our money, our honor, our dignity, and our standing, so we must awaken the youth.
