Paratroopers of the Shatrujeet Brigade 50 Para recently carried out an intensive Special Heliborne Operations (SHBO) exercise, rehearsing a complex urban hostage rescue scenario to sharpen operational readiness for high-risk counter-terrorism missions. The exercise demonstrated exceptional air-ground integration through tactical helicopter insertions, including slithering, STIE and low-hover drills, followed by precision rooftop insertion and dynamic close quarter battle (CQB) room intervention.
