والتقلصات..
وبالفعل كان الطفل يهدأ وينام بسرعة
غريبة.
👈لكن ليش كان ينام فعلًا بسرعة🙍♂️؟
وهنا المصيبة🌟.
⬅ كان يحتوي على نسبة من
الكحول 🍷.
⬅ مستخلص الشبت و الشمر.
⬅ سكر وصوديوم.

*Testicular torsion (referred lower abdominal pain in males).
*Urolithiasis, peptic disease, IBD.
Important non-abdominal causes that present with abdominal pain
*Lower lobe pneumonia, streptococcal pharyngitis, diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), *sickle-cell vaso-occlusive crisis, mesenteric ischemia (rare).
Red flags” suggesting urgent surgical/emergent conditions
Bilious vomiting, severe continuous pain, peritonism (guarding/rigidity), fever + toxic appearance, abdominal distension, hemodynamic instability, bloody stools, inability to pass stool/gas..

Converting MCQs into Key Points 📚 برومت مفيد جدًا للدراسة مع ChatGPT إذا كان عندك كتاب أو Chapter بنظام Question & Answer وتريد تحوّله إلى نقاط علمية مركّزة High-Yield بدل ما تبقى تراجع السؤال والجواب كل مرة، فهذا البرومت من أكثر البرومتات التي استفدت منها. الفكرة بسيطة: ✅ يقرأ كل سؤال وجواب ✅ يستخلص المعلومة التي أوصلتك للإجابة الصحيحة ✅ يحولها إلى Standalone Key Point قابلة للحفظ ✅ يحافظ على ترقيم الأسئلة الأصلي ✅ يبرز الكلمات والـ Exam Triggers المهمة ✅ ويحدّث المعلومات حسب أحدث Guidelines عندما تكون المعلومة القديمة تغيرت 🎯 الهدف: إذا حفظت الـKey Point فقط، يجب أن تستطيع الإجابة عن نفس الفكرة لو جاءت بصيغة مختلفة في الامتحان. تحميل ملف الاسالة على ChatGPT واستخدام البرومبت Prompt 👇 Convert every question-and-answer item in this reference into a concise, exam-ready key point.
