I think when you're feeling down, don't keep everything bottled up inside. Talk to someone you truly trust—your safe person.
That person could be a family member, your partner, or a close friend.
Tell them how you're feeling. They'll listen to you, support you, and remind you that you don't have to carry everything alone. Sometimes, a safe person can feel like home.

When I don't like someone or they get on my nerves, my face says it all. They usually end up walking away on their own, and honestly, I like that.
