Get in shape, find like-minded patriots, don't do anything or talk about doing anything illegal, create local groups, get involved in politics(learn how it works), and create an aesthetic that's appealing to young males(dress code, flag, etc). Like the Germans did. You can have membership fees to fund it all. Have your local community do parades with torches as if defending your people is a sacred duty(it creates a vibe). Discipline needs to be a number one priority. You also can defend your own race while not needlessly hating all the others(you also need to think of optics to some degree).
