⚠️Please remind your users not to spam the Login button when they are unable to log in.
If the Login button is pressed too many times while the login process is failing, the system will automatically delete the key. This is the reason why many users contact us asking for a key reset. However, in many cases, the problem is not with the key itself—the key was automatically removed by the system because the user repeatedly attempted to log in.
To make this clear, we will provide support under the following policy:
1st time: We will reset the key as normal.
2nd time: We will issue a warning and perform the final reset.
3rd time: The key will be permanently banned/considered lost, and the user will need to purchase a new key.
We are posting this announcement to inform and remind everyone of this policy.
All SophiaCheat sellers, please take note of this and make sure to inform your users accordingly.
Thank you for your cooperation.🇺🇸
