The reason grifters are so effective is actually pretty interesting. One was a professional actor posing as an expert, the other a real guy who knew what he was teaching. They had the actor teach utter nonsense and the educated guy as a control. The subjects were on things the students didn't know much about. First, they did it where they both taught normally. The grifter was found out from this, and the guy knowing his stuff was picked best. Except, after when they had the grifter, who's an actor remember, speak confidently and charismatically. Despite the fact that what he was speaking on was total nonsense and wrong if you actually had prior knowledge on these subjects. Students, who keep in mind know very little, overwhelmingly picked the actor and felt they learned more. So when people wonder why grifters, especially in the US, always get more of a hold over things despite clearly being wrong and not knowing what they're talking about, it's not that people are retarded. These students weren't retards; they held Masters and PhDs. Sadly I wouldnt have listened to anything I told myself when I was 18. So many mistakes. So many negative consequences. So many things that I simply had to endure to be where I am today. I  am not confident that Chief Justice Stephen Gageler will grant the interim injunction tomorrow. He is the second most Liberal Chief Justice in the last 25 years just behind Michael Kirby. He was Appointed by the first ever female Governor General Quentin Bryce as Justice of the High Court 2012. He was Appointed on the advice of Australia’s first female Prime Minister Julia Gillard. He became Chief Justice of the High Court in 2023. The first case he decided on, 2 days after his appointment in 2023 was the NZTQ V Minister for Immigration that declared that indefinite detention for illegal immigrants with criminal records was unlawful. The result of that decision: 358 detainees have now been released. Including:   15 murderers or attempted murderers.   98 sex offenders including pedophiles.   A Rohinga man who pleaded guilty of sexual intercourse with a 10 year old child is now walking amongst us.   An Iraqi man Mohammad Bayati who sexually assaulted a 3 year old girl is now walking amongst us.   A Kurdish man who severely sexually abused a 13 year old ward of the state is now walking amongst us.   In 2012 as Federal Solicitor General he defended the Gillard Governments Tobacco Plain packaging laws.   In 2014 he voted in favour of expanding the power of Unions.   In 2019 he voted to protect the laws upholding abortion clinic safe access zones.   Gageler will also be the Chief Judge presiding over the Full bench of the High Court when the constitutional challenge to the anti-hate laws goes to a full trial. I hope I am wrong.
