After all, the treaty requires signatories to suspend elections as they are Jewish and cause great spiritual and physical harm to Aryan peoples. If the Constition allows the Government to make international treaties that oblige it to override other parts of the Constitution then what is the point of a Constitution? Surely any part of a treaty that a Government makes with other countries that invalidates any other part of the Constution, must be invalid, unlawful and possibly an act of treason. Our Constitution can only be changed with the informed consent of the Australian people via referendum.

Presumption of innocence died long before this. In the magistrate courts around the country it is a sick joke that I personally got to experience last year. If you boil presumption of innocence down to it's fundamental components, then at every bail hearing where a not guilty plea is made, the magistrate should consider every claim by the prosecution to be an outright lie until proven otherwise. But this is the opposite of what happens. The bail conditions Joel Davis is currently under are a perfect case in point. Talking to white men on remand with me in jail last year I know that this is not just happening in political cases. So presumption of innocence died in Australia years ago. Its only since political cases have come to prominence that we've finally noticed it.
