ISGS hasn’t been the group’s name since 2022. It’s ISSP now. And “slight movement” doesn’t mean anything. Armed groups move around, let alone in their control/support zones. Do you expect them to stand still? This is just filler dressed up as intelligence. How is anyone supposed to take this channel seriously?

On October 7, 2026, the Eritrean army expanded its incursion into Ethiopia’s Tigray region by entering Abergele and Atsbi. The incursion is presumably intended to help the TPLF, a member of the Tsimdo coalition, slow Ethiopian advances.

I'm sorry, but if your source is “trust me, bro, you don't understand SIGINT, and if our methods are revealed, terrorists might adapt to counter them,” don't expect people to trust you.

Since @sigintt’s admin asked for evidence, here it is. Signal Reports regularly invents stories for attention. They took a mistaken GeoPWatch post and turned it into a full narrative about an IS cell, despite the fact that IS was never behind the attack.
❗️UPDATE:
Apparently the owner is legit and does intercept signals. So it just seems he is very bad at analysing the sahel region.

As a Sahel analyst, I can attest that @sigintt fabricate information and cannot be relied upon for anything they publish about the Sahel region.
Repost from Middle East Spectator — MES
Signal Reports is the most slop channel in existence & makes up 90% of its ‘reports’, you shouldn’t be following them if you’re looking for serious news
Most of it is written in an intentionally funny way to get views, in addition to things that almost certainly did not happen. Stuff like ‘a goat farmer from Mali has just communicated with ISIS cells in the republic of peepoo’ or ‘PLC complains it has ran out of ammunition’. It’s obvious viewbait.
The rest is simple guesswork. ‘Taizz front activity may intensify at 00:00 UTC’, yeah, no shit, any amateur observer can somewhat estimate when battles on a certain front would intensify, because most attacks take place in waves & at set times.
Nothing against the owner(s) of course, I don’t even know them, I’m sure they’re nice guys, but I’ve never seen a more larpy channel than this.
